Our take on the classic French epiphany cake.
This is enough for 6-8 slices and is made with puff pastry made from a mixture of wholemeal and white stoneground organic flours and organic butter.
The filling is made from ‘brangipan’, an almond frangipan laced with bran and breadcrumbs, giving it a bigger depth of flavour.
Our feve is a whole almond, whoever finds it becomes king for the day. The galette comes with a gold paper crown for your new monarch.
