    Buns

    By far our best sellers are our range of sourdough brioche buns.

    The high wholemeal content and quality of the ingredients make the enriched dough flavourful and balanced.

    We have a seasonally changing selection of flavours with the sourdough cinnamon bun, pictured here, being our ever popular staple.

    Bread

    All of our bread is sourdough and made with 100% UK organic stonemilled grains from our local grain network.

    We mix 3 doughs:

    - Seeded Rye Sourdough

    - 100% Wholemeal Sourdough

    - Country Sourdough

    Bakes

    Inspired by weekly changing list of ingredients available to us from the farms. Our counter is a constant rotating celebration of the season’s fruit, veg and forage.

    All of our bakes are made with either 100% wholemeal or alternative wheat free flours (such as buckwheat, pea or oat). This is maximise on the flavour, nutrients and to minimise waste at the millers end.

    Hot Drinks

    As with all our ingredients our tea and coffee suppliers were chosen not only for their amazing product quality but for their high ethical standards.

    Our coffee comes from Colombia and is shipped by emissions free sail cargo, its then expertly roasted by Vagabond before being cycled over to us. We then make any espresso based coffees to pair with your baked goods.

    We offer a range of teas from the wonderful Good & Proper Tea, including matcha and a homemade chai using their leaves.

    Our hot chocolate blend we make in house using Original Beans chocolate.

    Lunch

    From 11.30 every day we have a range of sandwiches, soup and salad made with seasonal produce from our local farms.

    Our menu is vegetarian and vegan.

    The sandwiches and toasties are made on our award-winning 100% wholemeal bread.

    Our flavours are inspired by the international communities surrounding us in London with local ingredients.

    We make what we want to eat: gut-healthy food that is balanced, playful, colourful and nourishing.

    Retail

    In our retail section you will find a range of homemade granola, crackers and preserves to take home and enjoy.

    On the weekends we have beautiful affordable veg bags available to both pre-order and collect or buy on-site. Grown, packed and supplied by our pals at Folx Farm.

    In the Spring and Summer months, we have bouquets of locally grown cut flowers from Flourish.
